Phnom Penh: Korean Myeongja Noh dies in De Castle Diamond.

Case of a dead foreigner in Boeung Kok 2.

On March 8 2016 at 6.30PM the administrative police of Boeung Kok 2, khan Toul Kook, received the news from an official of the embassy of the Republic of Korea that a Korean national died in room 512 (on the fifth floor) of De Castle Diamond which is located at number 158, Street 315, Group 33, village 2, sangkat Boeung Kok 2, khan Toul Kook, Phnom Penh.

The victim was identified as Myeongja Noh, female, born on 14/04/1938, Korean, job at home (មុខរបរ នៅផ្ទះ), living in room 512 (on the fifth floor) of De Castle Diamond, located at number 158, Street 315, Group 33, village 2, sangkat Boeung Kok 2, khan Toul Kook, Phnom Penh, holder of passport number XXXXXXXXXXX issued on 22/07/2011, holder of the visa Ei 00794366 issued on 27/07/2015.

The events:
The victim who has disabilities to walk and suffers dementia was taken care for/giving shelter to by her son, who is a widower and working as a business trader, since July 2011.
At around 6.30PM the son arrived in the room and found his mother dead. He informed the embassy and the authorities.
The conclusion of the examination by the Technical Police and the doctor is that the victim died of old age.
The body was returned to the family for funeral services.

Phnom Penh: British Brown​ Sean​ Gorski​ overdoses in White River Guesthouse.

A young British man found dead in White River Guesthouse; overdose suspected.

Phnom Penh
A British man, they suspect that he took an overdose of drugs which caused a fatal heart attack in a room of the White River Guesthouse, surprised the police of khan Daun Penh. The went immediately examining (the incident), but the cause is still unclear.

The incident happend in the morning of March 7 2016 at the White River Guesthouse located Nr.111, room 204, second floor, corner of Street 172 with Street 19, sangkat Chy​ Chomneah, khan Daun Penh.

The victim was identified as Brown​ Sean​ Gorski, male, 29YO, holder of passport number XXXXXXXX, staying in the guesthouse of the incident.

According to witnesses:
Everyday the victim rented a room in the guesthouse by leaving and entering the room but on the day of the incident the staff went upstairs to clean the room of the victim as usual and they saw the victim sleeping on the bed, not waken up yet. They took a look and called him but he didn’t reply and he also didn’t move. The realized that the victim was dead and informed the local police.

According to people close to the place of the incident:
Foreigners mostly die like this because they use too much drugs in the room of a guesthouse causing a fatal heart attack.

After the incident the police did an examination and a biopsy confirmed that the victim died of an heart attack.

The body was sent to the morgue of the Russian Hospital.

Australian man’s decomposing corpse found in a rental house.

Phnom Penh
The decomposing corpse of Australian man was found on the second floor of a rental house. It’s suspected that a drug overdose caused an heart attack.
He was found by the owner of the house located in Street 338, number 125E1, Group 22, village 5, second floor appartment, Sangkat Toul Svay Prey 2 (ទួល​ស្វាយព្រៃ​ទី​២), Khan Chamkarmon (ចំការមន), Phnom Penh, on February 23 2016 at 8.15PM.

He was identified as JONATHAN​ WiLLiAM​, male, 24YO, teacher at Western School (​វេ​ស្ទើ​ន) located in Sangkat Toul Svay Prey 1/Khan Chamkarmon (ចំការមន), living in Street 338, number 125E1, Group 22, village 5, second floor appartment, Sangkat Toul Svay Prey 2 (ទួល​ស្វាយព្រៃ​ទី​២), Khan Chamkarmon (ចំការមន), Phnom Penh.

The landlord was identified as Sum Sokuat (​ស៊ឹ​ម​ សុ​ខួច​), male, 36YO, living in street 338, number 125E1, Group 22, village 5, second floor appartment, Sangkat Toul Svay Prey 2 (ទួល​ស្វាយព្រៃ​ទី​២), Khan Chamkarmon (ចំការមន), Phnom Penh.

According to family of the owner:
Before the incident the Australian man, who’s a teacher at Western School located in Sangkat Toul Svay Prey 1/Khan Chamkarmon (ចំការមន),rented the house for almost one month. On February 20 2016 the landlord and his family went to visit Sihanoukville. They didn’t return yet but his younger sisters, living in the adjacent room, noticed a very strong and bad smell. They looked around/searched for a dead animal but they didn’t find. They (also) entered the room of the Australian man. They found his dead naked body. (ទាំង​អ​ក្រា​ត​កាយ)

After finding him dead, the relatives of the owner reported the police who intervened and did a biopsy. They found a syringe to inject drugs next to the body of the victim. After the biopsy they concluded that the victim already died 4-5 days ago and the incident was caused by injecting too much drugs which resulted in a fatal heart attack.

Phnom Penh: 30YO Taiwanese Shan I-He dies after jumping from building.

A Vietnamese woman (of Chinese-Taiwanese origin) died after jumping from the second floor of a building in Khan Daun Penh.

The incident happend on February 24 2016 at 3.50AM. The woman jumped from the second floor of the rental house number 9B2, Street 61, village 10, sangkat Sreah Chok (ស្រះចក), Khan Daun Penh.

The victim was identified as SH ANI HE (Shan I-He according to my information), female, 33YO, Vietnamese, Chinese-Taiwanese origin, tourist guide (អ្នកនាំភ្ងៀវមកទេសចរណ៍).

According to the conclusions of the coroner and the technical-scientific department of the police the woman died because she jumped from Room 7 on the second floor of the rental house.
Currently the body is kept at Stung Meanchey pagoda awaiting relatives of the victim.

Phnom Penh: Dutch Niels van Klooster destroys state property after DUI.

The Dutch national was identified as Niels Heico Come Van Klooster (Niels van Klooster), 28 years old, passport number NRBXXXXXX, issued on June 13 2014, living in the rental house Number 12, Street 240, Sangkat Boeng Trabaek (បឹងត្របែក), Khan Chamkarmon (ចំការមន). He was arrested by the police in the night/early morning of February 11 2016 on National Road number 5 in front of Rototch Market (ផ្សារតូច), Sangkat Tuol Sangke (ទួលសង្កែ), Khan Russey Keo (ឫស្សីកែវ) for DUI (0,94mg/L air) when he passed a checkpoint. He was driving a silver Yamaha Fino, license plate Kampong Cham 1B-6409.
The Dutch national was sent for prosecution to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court in the morning of February 11 2016 to implement the (legal) procedures but in the afternoon of the same day he was released.

Phnom Penh: German teacher NORBERT FREDE found dead in National Polytechnic Institute.

German teacher from National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia found dead after 3 days; it was only discovered after a bad smell was noticed.

A man who’s a German teacher was found dead by an employee and students in his room after a big smell (was noticed). After that they forced the door of his room and found him dead with his face down on the floor.

According to the police:
The German man died already 3 days before he was found at 11AM on February 8 2016 in the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia, also called Korean School, located at Street Tomnob Kob Srov (ទំនប់កប់ស្រូវ), Phum Srae Cheah (ស្រែជះ), Sangkat Somroong Krom (សំរោងក្រោម), Khan Por Sen Chey (ឌពោធិ៍សែនជ័យ).

According to the police he was identified as Norbert Frede, German national, male, 62 years old, working as a teacher and living in the school.

According to the staff:
They saw the victim the last time at 9AM on February 5 2016 walking inside the school in a very unstable state looking unwell or drunken. He entered his room. Since that they nobody worried about him. They didn’t see the victim come to eat together with the other staff.
At the moment of the incident suddenly the smelled something bad coming from the room of the victim. This was suspicious so they told the teachers and the director of the school to open the door to look inside. Suddenly they saw the victim dead with his face down. He was swelled up. They informed the police to intervene.

After an examination and biopsy by the Office of Technical Sciences Phnom Penh the embassy was informed and to corpse was sent to Wat Stung Meanchey.

Aeon Mall 2 will be bigger than Aeon Mall 1.

Aeon Mall Cambodia Co.Ltd are requesting to construct Aeon Mall 2 in PONG PEAY CITY (PPC) on a site of 100.000m2 located in Phum Baayaab (បាយ៉ាប), Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey (ភ្នំពេញថ្មី), Khan Sen Sok.
The construction will start in 2016 and be completed in 2018.

Phnom Penh: British Christopher Heath stabbed and robbed by his Khmer girlfriend.

A Khmer woman stabbed her British boyfriend which resulted in serious chest injuries. Afterwards she fled.

Phnom Penh:
A foreigner was seriously injured at the left side of his chest because his girlfriend stabbed him with a knife after they had an argument. The incident happened in the room of a rental house Number 51A, Street 150, Sangkat Psar Depot 2 (ផ្សារដេប៉ូទី២), Khan Touk Kook (ទួលគោក) at 1AM of February 1 2016.

According people living above the place of the incident:
Before the incident they heard both lovers discussing. After approximately 1 hour suddenly the discussion stopped and they heard the foreigner screaming for help.
When they went for a look they saw the foreigner bleeding while his girlfriend quietly left the scene.

After it was reported to the police the police visited the scene and they sent the foreigner to the hospital for treatment.

The foreigner was seriously injured because he Khmer girlfriend stabbed him. ]
The victim was identified as Christopher (គ្រីស​ តូសហ្វរ​), British national, working as a teacher.
