The husband of the president of Star Foundation NGO died of a heart attack.

A British man, known as the husband of the president of the NGO Star Foundation, died of a heart attack which they suspect was caused by a morphine (ម៉កហ្វីន) overdose.
According to the police:
The victim was sent to Calmette but doctors concluded that he died already on April 26 2016 after being sent from rental house 148E4, Street 63, Group 26, Village 6, sangkat Chatomouk, khan Daun Penh.
The victim was identified as Davies Richard Mathew, male, 29YO, British national, started living in the rental house which was the place of the incident on April 12 2016, working as a teacher.
According to a statement/explanation from William Kathe Rine ELizabeth, female, 26YO, British national, chairman/president of NGO Star Foundation, to the police:
In the morning of April 26 2016 her husband left the house to go teach student. He returned to eat and sleep on the sofa. In the evening of the same day suddenly her husband didn’t feel well. She told the owner of the rental house to bring her husband to a doctor/hospital (ពេទ្យ) but on arrival the doctor concluded that her husband already died.
After the incident the police performed an autopsy and confirmed that the victim died of a heart attack which can be caused by a morphine overdose (អាចមកពីការប្រើប្រាស់ថ្នាំម៉កហ្វីនច្រើនពេក).
The corps was sent to the morgue of the Russian Hospital awaiting a funeral ceremony.
