Sihanoukville: 43YO Russian Vitali Iakolev dies in a motorbike accident.

A Russian man, driving a motorbike, crashed into the trailer of a container truck which is always parked along the road.

Sihanoukville

In the night of July 18 2016 at 0.30AM in front of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port which is in Village 3, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville a driver of a motorbike died on the scene of the accident.
The victim was identified as Vitaly Iakovlev, male, 43YO, Russian national, tourist.
His corps has been deposited at Eintnhan (ឥន្ទ​ញ្ញាន) in Sangkat 3 awaiting a decision from the embassy.

Sihanoukville: Russian Andrei Alekseev dies of a heart attack.

A foreign man with clogged heart arteries dies of a heart attack.

Preah Sihanouk province
At 4.30PM on April 3 2016 a foreign man died because of clogged heart arteries in Group 2, village 4, sangkat 4, Sihanoukville city/province.

According to the police:
The victim was identified as ALEK​ SEEV​ ANDREI, male, 57YO, Russian, holder of the passport XXXXXXXXXXX issued on September 4 2012 and expired on September 4 2022, visa El.00676846​ issued on January 6 2016 and expired on January 8 2017.

Dr.Som Dara (សំ​ ដា​រ៉ា), who conducted an autopsy in collaboration with the police concluded that the victim died because of clogged heart vessels.

The body of the victim was hold at the Provincial Referral Hospital awaiting a decision of the Russian Embassy in Cambodia.

Sihanoukville: Russian Akhmin Andrey​ arrested for making troubles.

On February 29 2016 at 11AM the police arrested a Russian man named as Akhmin Andrey​, male, born on 5/12/1981, holder of passport XXXXXXXXXX valid till 20/07/2020, holder of visa EI00667987 valid till 02/03/16 (original documents are in Phnom Penh for extension), tourist, living in the guesthouse Sokha City (សុខា​សេតេ), village 2, sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.

Arrested on charges of causing anarchy, troublemaking, threatening to kill others and threatening to burn (a)(the) bungalow(s) of Natural Island at Koh Rong Sanloem, sangkat Koh Rong, Sihanoukville. (this foreigner has mental problems)
Currently the foreigner is sent to the Department of Immigration to be dealt with according to the procedures.

Siem Reap: 21YO Russian ALEXSANDR FEDONENKO dies after being taken to the hospital.

Siem Reap
A Russian man died after being sent to the Provincial Referral Hospital.
The incident happend around 1AM.
According to the police present at the place of the incident:
The victim was identified as ALEKSANDR, male, 21YO, tourist, passport number XXXXXXXXX.
Before (the incident) the victim took a bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. When he arrived in Siem Reap (province) he didn’t feel well so the company informed the police. The police intervened immediately and brought the victim immediately to the hospital.
The victim was in a too bad condition and the doctors couldn’t save his life.
According to the first conclusions of the doctor the death can be caused by a drug overdose because on the victim’s right wrist there were several marks.

Sihanoukville: American Ronald Lueddere and Russian Fomin Sergei arrested by the Immigration police.

In the evening of February 12 2016 at 5.20PM the Immigration Police and Tourist Police belonging to the Provincial Police of Sihanoukville arrested 2 foreigners at Ochheuteal beach located in Group 17, Phum 4, Sangkat Nunber 4, Sihanoukville.
1. Fomin Sergei, male, Russian, born on 03/09/1958, passport number XX XXXXXXX which expires on 01/02/2021 (overstaying on a visa which expired on 06/07/2015)
2. Ronald Lueddere, male, American, born on 05/05/1979 (living here without passport and creating violence and troubles at some restaurants and guesthouses along Ochheuteal beach)
