A British national dies in the room of a guesthouse; cause of death still unknown.

On July 01 2016 at 3.30PM 2 victims were lying in room number 49 on the fisrt floor of house number 151 (Happy House Guesthouse) which is located in Village 7, Group 28, Street 19, sangkat Chey Chomneah, khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
Among the 2 persons (lying in the room) one person identified as HALE MARTIN STEPHEN, British national, male, 34YO, was dead.
A second victim identified as MCWILLIAMS DEAN WILLIAM, male, 20YO and cousin of the deceased (currently) stays at the IC-unit of Calmette hospital (he couldn’t be questioned yet).
Both were staying in the same room of the guesthouse where the incident happend. The cause (of the incident) is still not known.
Currently the Technical and Scientific department (of the police) and a coroner of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court are conducting a forensic examination and assume that the deceased died of a heart attack because/caused by use of a morphine substance.
The corps has been deposited at the Russian Hospital awaiting the funeral celebration by the victim’s family.
