The police said that a foreigner died in a motel situated in Group 9, Village 1, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.
The victim has been identified as GERALD CONRAD LEVINSON, an American national born on November 15 1940.

The victim died of severe lung cancer according the conclusions of the deputy head of the Provincial Health department.
