According to preliminary reports in the morning of January 2 2017 (!) the bodies of a British couple, a husband and wife, were found dead by hanging in a guest house situated in Group 1, Village 3, Sangkat 2, Sihanoukville.
It’s not clear whether they were murdered or committed suicide; investigators are still waiting for the forensics results.
Note: the bodies were discovered in the early evening of January 1 2017. They reportedly died on December 31 2016. A suicide note has been found.
