On December 25 2016 at 2.30PM a foreign man died in apartment No.XXXX which is situated in Borey Hilton, Group 15, Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
The man has been identified as Max Manfred Hartwich, male, German, born on October 25 1942, retiree.
According to the examination performed by a doctor:
The victim died a natural death.
The victim’s corpse has been kept at Wat Kraom pagoda.

On August 15 at 2PM the authorities received the information that a foreigner died at the Provincial Referral Hospital.
The victim was identified as Scafati Mario, male, Dutch national (must be German), DOB 13/07/1961, visa EI00917615 valid till 22/02/2017 (must be 02/02/2017).
According to the first investigations the victim entered the hospital on August 14 2016 at 2.50PM and died on the same day at 8.10PM. (because he had a virus in his blood/many micro-organisms)
His corps has been deposited at the hospital awaiting a decision from the embassy.
