A young British man found dead in White River Guesthouse; overdose suspected.

A British man, they suspect that he took an overdose of drugs which caused a fatal heart attack in a room of the White River Guesthouse, surprised the police of khan Daun Penh. The went immediately examining (the incident), but the cause is still unclear.

The incident happend in the morning of March 7 2016 at the White River Guesthouse located Nr.111, room 204, second floor, corner of Street 172 with Street 19, sangkat Chy​ Chomneah, khan Daun Penh.

The victim was identified as Brown​ Sean​ Gorski, male, 29YO, holder of passport number XXXXXXXX, staying in the guesthouse of the incident.

According to witnesses:
Everyday the victim rented a room in the guesthouse by leaving and entering the room but on the day of the incident the staff went upstairs to clean the room of the victim as usual and they saw the victim sleeping on the bed, not waken up yet. They took a look and called him but he didn’t reply and he also didn’t move. The realized that the victim was dead and informed the local police.

According to people close to the place of the incident:
Foreigners mostly die like this because they use too much drugs in the room of a guesthouse causing a fatal heart attack.

After the incident the police did an examination and a biopsy confirmed that the victim died of an heart attack.

The body was sent to the morgue of the Russian Hospital.

Sihanoukville: American Lewis James Edward missing. FOUND!

As of 8.30PM on February 11 2016 they still didn’t find the American tourist Lewis James Edward, male, 78 years old, who disappeared/wasn’t seen again onboard of the vessel after he arrived with 1340 other tourists on board of the Volendam which moored at Kampong Phae, Sihanoukville this morning. All police forces are looking for him.

Phnom Penh: Foreigner found unconscious in Street 154, corner with Norodom Blvd.

Unconscious foreigner found along the street

Phnom Penh
At 5.40AM on January 11 2016 a foreigner was found unconscious along Street 154 at the corner with Norodom Blvd in front of a shop selling glasses.

According to witnesses the foreigner is around 35 years old, it’s not clear where he comes from. He was already found a first time in the night of January 9 2016 but when the police went there he left. The second time, early morning on January 11 2016, he was spotted one more time unconscious/drugged. Although the authorities tried to wake him up, the didn’t manage.

The police called an ambulance and the foreigner was sent to Calmette Hospital for treatment.

Phnom Penh: French national Boudries Anthony questioned in drug case.

Young French national questioned related to the possession and use of drugs.

On January 11 2016 at 9.30AM the investigation judge of the Municipal Court of Phnom Penh ordered the prison guards of Prey Sar to transfer a young French national to the court for questioning in a case of illegal drug possession and illegal drug consumption.

The arrested is identified as Boudries Anthony, male, 27 years old, French national and tourist.

The Military Police of Khan Daun Penh detained the French national on November 22 2015 on the car parking of Golden Soria Mall, located in Psar Thmey 3, in a case of the consumption of drugs.

During his arrest the police seized 3 transparant bags with white crystals, 1 lighter, drugs paraphernalia, 1 passport and some personal things.

On November 23 2015 the arrested was sent to court and the court decided to detain the suspect and send him to prison while starting an investigation.

Siem Reap: Philippine national Bernabe Bryan arrested for fraud.

A foreigner accused of fraud and arrested by the Provincial Immigration Police.

Immigration police belonging to the Provincial Police Commissioner in collaboration with the Bureau of Internal Security executed an investigation and arrested a Philippine suspect for stealing/scamming 1.200USD according to the complaint from the victim, Isogi Mari (អ៊ី សូ​ហ្គិម៉ា​រី), female, 27 years old, tourist (Japanese national) on December 26 2015 in a rental house located in Phum Svay Dangkum, Sangkat Svay Dangkum, Krong Siem Reap.
The suspect went to talk (that day with the victim) using some sweet words to borrow money for doing business together but afterwards he didn’t pay the money back.
The arrest of the Philippine suspect was made on January 4 2016 in a rental house in Siem Reap city.

Colonel Chao Mao Vireak, deputy commissioner of the Immigration Police told the newspaper in the morning of January 5 2015 that after a complaint of the victim his people together with the Bureau of Internal Security investigated the fraud until an arrest was made and transferred to the Bureau of Immigration for questioning. In front of the officers the suspect confessed that he took the money from the victim.

The suspect was identified as Bernabe Bryan, male, 39 years old, Philippine national, clothes vendor and living in Phum Svay Dangkum, Sangkat Svay Dangkum, Krong Siem Reap.

The immigration Police prepared a case to make over to the Provincial Court on January 5 2016 to punish the suspect acording to the law.
