The incident happened on December 7 2016 at 7.50PM. at the boat terminal adjacent to Titanic restaurant, Sisovath Quay, sangkat Wat Phnom, khan Daun Penh.
He slipped and fell into the river while unboarding a boat.
The victim has been identified as 55YO (must be 59YO) American KEN KRAMRE (must be Kenneth Cramer) living in Street 174, sangkat Phsar Thmey 3, khan Daun Penh.

The corpse of an Australian woman has been found floating in a small river/creek in Mak Prang commune (ម៉ាក់ប្រាង្គ), Tuk Chhou district (ទឹកឈូ).
On August 21 2016 at 10AM a foreign woman has been found by the owner of Aakhadia(r) restaurant (អាខាដៀរ; possibly Arcadia); the body was floating in the Mak Prang river in Snom 7 village, Mak Prang commune, Tuk Chhou district, Kampot province.
According to the district police:
The victim has been identified as Breny/Bolreni Christy Anny (ប្រ្លែនីីគ្រីស្ទីអាន់នី), female, DOB 03.5.1992, Australian.
The victim checked-in in the Akhadiar guesthouse where her corpse has been found on August 15 2016.
According to the Provincial Police on August 21 2016 at 2.48PM:
The victim drowned. Provincial police experts performed a biopsy and noticed that the victim drowned in the early evening of August 20 2016 but nobody realized it until the corpse was found by the owner of the restaurant and informed the police.

Sihanoukville
On August 19 2016 at 6.30AM at Mlop Chrey beach (ឆ្នេរម្លប់ជ្រៃ) which is situated in Group 24, Village 3, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville, a dead foreigner has been found.
The victim has been identified as SHARMA NAVEEN, male, Indian national, DOB 25/06/1980, tourist. (The copy of the pasport didn’t contain a visa.)
The victim stayed at Backpacker Veaven guesthouse (possibly Backpacker Heaven) which is located in Group 25, Village 3, Sangkat 3, since August 10 2016.
A biopsy by a doctor and the technical police revealed that the victim died of drowning.
The victim’s body has been deposited in the the Provincial Referral Hospital awaiting a decision from the embassy.

An elderly Chinese man, while swimming in the sea at Koh Tootch, sangkat Koh Rong together with his family, choked on water and died when his family pulled him from the water back on the boat to give him first help.
The incident happend on July 20 2016 around 1PM at sea at a small island in front of Koh Tootch village, sangkat Koh Rong, Sihanoukville.
The Military Police said that prior to the incident a group of Chinese tourists rented a long tail boat to bring them to the place of the incident to take a swim. While swimming and also looking coral suddenly an elderly Chinese man choked on water and sank.
The family of the victim pulled him from the water in the boat to give first help by giving CPR (ជួយធ្វើចលនាបេះដូងឲ្យ) but unfortunately moments later the victim died. (ដាច់ខ្យល់ស្លាប់)
The victim was identified as Wang Rucheng, male, 73YO (must be 83). The victim entered the Kingdom of Cambodia on July 18 2016.
The corps of the victim was sent back to the mainland by the family and transferred to the Provincial Referral Hospital to perform an autopsy (វើកោសល្សវិច្ច័យ).

Vietnamese national drowns at Daum Chrey (Banyan Tree) Restaurant and Guesthouse.
According to the Immigration dept:
A Vietnamese national drowned at Banyan Restaurant and Guesthouse. The victim was identified as NGUYEN THANH LONG, DOB 29/04/1982, Vietnamese national, holder of Vietnamese ID card XXXXXXXXXX. The victim jumped in the water and disappeared around 1AM on May 10 2016 at Banyan Guesthouse and Restaurant located in Oo Tooch village (អូតូច), sangkat Ondoong Khmer (អណ្ដូងខ្មែរ), Kampot city, Kampot province.
His body was found around 5AM the same day in the Kampot creek (ព្រែកកំពត) at the same place (low tide).
The Technical office and a doctor concluded that the victim drowned.
The corps is saved at the Provincial Referral Hospital.
The police is currently in contact with the consul stationed in Preah Sihanouk province in order to find/contact relatives of the victim.
The police confirmed that the victim died in the creek which is located at the Banyan Restaurant and Guesthouse.
