Sihanoukville: Foreigner questioned after traffic incident.

It was reported that a foreigner sought a conflict with the traffic police past midnight on February 5 2016. The incident happend when the police were doing an alcohol check along the street close to the Lion’s roundabout. The suspect continued driving his motorbike very fast which made him fall and resulted in some minor injuries. The police brought him to a doctor for a check-up and after that they brought him to the Provincial Traffic Police Station for questioning.

Phnom Penh: British Christopher Heath stabbed and robbed by his Khmer girlfriend.

A Khmer woman stabbed her British boyfriend which resulted in serious chest injuries. Afterwards she fled.

Phnom Penh:
A foreigner was seriously injured at the left side of his chest because his girlfriend stabbed him with a knife after they had an argument. The incident happened in the room of a rental house Number 51A, Street 150, Sangkat Psar Depot 2 (ផ្សារដេប៉ូទី២), Khan Touk Kook (ទួលគោក) at 1AM of February 1 2016.

According people living above the place of the incident:
Before the incident they heard both lovers discussing. After approximately 1 hour suddenly the discussion stopped and they heard the foreigner screaming for help.
When they went for a look they saw the foreigner bleeding while his girlfriend quietly left the scene.

After it was reported to the police the police visited the scene and they sent the foreigner to the hospital for treatment.

The foreigner was seriously injured because he Khmer girlfriend stabbed him. ]
The victim was identified as Christopher (គ្រីស​ តូសហ្វរ​), British national, working as a teacher.

Siem Reap: Bulgarian Petrov Petar Atanasov and Romanian Mure­san Eugen-Horatiu arrested for ATM fraud.

A Bulgarian and a Romanian national were arrested on charges of stealing money (tens of thousands USD) from an ATM belonging to ABA Bank.

According to the Provincial Police:
The Provincial Police of Siem Reap arrested 2 foreigners, one Bulgarian and one Romanian, who stole ATM pincodes from Khmer people and withdraw money from an ATM belonging to ABA bank for tens of thousands USD.

The foreigners confessed on January 30 2016.
The Provincial Police in collaboration with ABA bank targeted the foreigners for stealing ATM pincodes from an ATM belonging to ABA Bank which is located at Siem Reap Art Center (អាដសិនធ័រ)

According to earlier confessions of the suspects they stole money from an ATM several times. On December 5 and 6 2016 they stole pincodes from an ATM located at Siem Reap Art Center and at the restaurant Monorom Chas. They witdraw 13.700USD in Laos but according to the victims who are Khmer customers of ABA Bank they lost 21.000USD.

Also on December 22 2015 the 2 suspects went to steal pincodes at the ATM located in Siem Reap Art Center but they were arrested with the help of the tourist police.

Siem Reap Art Center is the market located at the other side of the river opposite the Old Market.
