On December 12 at 4PM the corpse of a Korean man was found floating in the Mekong River at Koh Kiev island which is located in Chroy Ampil village, sangkat Kbal Koh, khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.

According to the police:
The corpse was found by a Cham fisherman. On the victim’s body they found a handbag with an indication that the victim has the Korean nationality.
The Korean Embassy has been notified.
