On October 24 at 4.39PM in room No.319 of Angkor International Hotel which is located at the corner of Street 15 and Street 248, sangkat Phsar Kandal 1, khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, a man from New Zealand died.

An examination performed by the Technical-Scientific police and a forensic doctor revealed that the victim died of a drug (meth-amphetamine and morphine) induced heart failure.

The victim’s corpse has been deposited at the morgue of the Russian Hospital.
