On August 21 2016 at 10AM police experts received the information that in Boeung Reang village, Samakki commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province a foreigner died.
The victim has been identified as Samaha Toni, male, French national, DOB 10/03/1960, visa EI00681632 expiring on October 4 2016.
The victim died in his car after he left Ly Kumdy Clinic (លិ គឹមឌី) which is located in Vealrenh commune (វាលរេញ), Prey Nob district on August 21 2016 at around 7.40AM.
Since 2015 and from time to time (បានចេញ-ចូល) the victim lived with his Khmer wife (not officially married) in Boeung Reang village, Samakki commune, Prey Nob district.
His corpse has been deposited at home awaiting an examintaion and biopsy by the doctors and the technical police and awaiting a decision of the embassy.
