On August 10 2016 at 3.20PM a foreigner drowned in the sea at the beach in the neighborhood of the construction yard of a 5-star hotel which is located in Sok San village, sangkat Koh Rong, Sihanoukville.

The victim was identified as the 30YO female Turkish tourist Karaboga​ Sulega (must be Karaboga Suleyla) staying at a guesthouse in Koh Tooch village, sangkat Koh Rong. She went for a swim together with (a) friend(s).
Her corps has been sent to the Provincial Referral Hospital awaiting a decision from (not mentioned)
