English teacher at Weshline school falls from stairs, fractures his skull and immediately dies in his rental house.

Phnom Penh:
A British man died at the place of the incident while he climbed a stairway (ដើរឡើងលើកាំជណ្ដើរ). It’s suspected that he slipped and fell, causing a broken skull. Possibly he became un-well (while climbing the stairway).

The incident happend at 2.50AM on April 25 2016 in rental house 49, Street 230, Group 50, Village 8, sangkat Psar Daumkor (ផ្សារដើមគ), khan Toul Kook.

The victim was identified as Paul Seston, male, British, 51YO (should be 49YO), English teacher at Weshline close to Psar Toul ToumPoung (ផ្សារទូលទំពូង), holder of the passport XXXXXXXXXX, entered Cambodia on January 30 2014, started renting the house around 3 months ago. (the victim was suffering from the sickness ‘pain in the joints of the legs/feet’) (ជំងឺឈឺសន្លាក់ជើង; could be arthritis or gout or …)

According to the local police:
Before the incident the victim spent some time at City Mall. At 2AM he returned home and took the elevator (ជិះជណ្តើរយន្ត; literally he rode the flying stairs) to his room.

The victim returned home in a normal condition, without symptoms of being drunken, because he doesn’t like alcohol. When he left the elevator (ចេញពីក្នុង ជណ្តើរយន្ត) he felt too weak (អស់កម្លាំងពេក; empty power too much) and maybe dizzy. He sat and lay in front of the elevator and called for help. The owner of the rental house called an ambulance but on arrival the doctor noticed that the victim already died.

It was concluded that the victim died of a heart attack.

The corps was overhanded to the British embassy and taken to the morgue of the Russian Hospital.

Note: Initially they write about falling from the stairs resulting in a broken skull (ដួលបោកក្បាល និងកាំជណ្ដើរ), in the second part of the article they start talking about riding an elevator (ជិះជណ្តើរយន្ត) and heart-attack. (គាំងបេះដូង)
