Overstaying foreigner sent to the Department (of Immigration)

In the afternoon of January 27 2016 the Provincial Police of Kampot sent a foreigner to the Immigration Department for almost 3 years overstaying.
Officers of the Immigration Department belonging to the Provincial Police told that on January 26 2016 while they were conducting searches in Phum Kampong Baay North (កំពង់បាយខាងជើង), Sangkat Kampong Baay, Krong Kampot, the police found a foreigner who was overstaying for almost 3 years.
After filing the case the foreigner will be sent to the General Department of Immigration belonging to the Ministry of Interior to take a decision since this is beyond the provincial level.
The foreigner was identified as Klaas Nieuwhof, 47 years old, Dutch national.
