Belgian national dies of an heart attack in Cyclo (ស៊ីក្លូ) Guesthouse.

A Belgian national got a heart attack in Cyclo Guesthouse and was sent to a private hospital by a tuk-tuk. He wasn’t accepted and was sent to Calmette Hospital but he died on his way to Calmette.
The incident happened at 3.30PM on January 10 2016 in the Cyclo Guesthouse, located in Nr.50, corner of Street 172 and Street 23, Phum 8, Sankat Chy Chomneah, Khan Daun Penh.
The victim was identified as Peleriaux Christophe Roberth, male, 39 years old, tourist, passport number EJXXXXXX, staying in room Nr.9 on the 2nd floor in the Cyclo Guesthouse.
According to Gregory large, a 29 years old French national and son of the owner of the guesthouse, before the incident at 3.30PM he went to room Nr.2 on the first floor and saw the body of his friend sitting/lying. Saliva was running from his mouth. The victim didn’t recover and groaned. Another friend was called to come help lift the victim. The victim threw up blood and strengthened his chest, he had a running nose and mouth. An ambulance was called but no-one showed up so the victim was carried into a tuk-tuk and sent to the Naga private hospital but the doctor sent them to Calmette Hospital. When they arrived in the hospital 2 persons returned to take the passport of the victim from the guesthouse. When they returned to the hospital the doctor told them that the victim already died and the authorities were informed.
A coroner of the Municipal Court of Phnom Penh said that the victim died of an heart attack. The body is kept at Calmette Hospital.
