Phnom Penh: Amercian national faints in front of SIS school.

According to Hang Meas news he’s a former teacher at SIS School who’s currently living in Dragon Guesthouse located in Street 107, Khan 7 Makara.

Police wanted to send him to the hospital but the victim refused so they returned him to his guesthouse.
