Sihanoukville
On August 19 2016 at 6.30AM at Mlop Chrey beach (ឆ្នេរម្លប់ជ្រៃ) which is situated in Group 24, Village 3, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville, a dead foreigner has been found.
The victim has been identified as SHARMA NAVEEN, male, Indian national, DOB 25/06/1980, tourist. (The copy of the pasport didn’t contain a visa.)
The victim stayed at Backpacker Veaven guesthouse (possibly Backpacker Heaven) which is located in Group 25, Village 3, Sangkat 3, since August 10 2016.
A biopsy by a doctor and the technical police revealed that the victim died of drowning.
The victim’s body has been deposited in the the Provincial Referral Hospital awaiting a decision from the embassy.
