On December 24 2016 at 3.09AM police experts raided 2 places and arrested 5 suspects; among them 3 women.
In a drugs raid, which took place in Group 14, Village 2, Sangkat 2, Sihanoukville, 3 suspects have been arrested:
1. Melnyk Volodymyr, male, born on February 20 1989, Ukrainian. (No passport has been found on him)
2. Lenya Vlkoval, female, 26YO, Czech. (No passport has been found on her)
3. Sirkia Hannah, female, 28YO, Finn. (No passport has been found on her)
Seized:
-1 machine to produce drugs.
-White crystallized powder believed to be drugs: in total 422 pills weighing 195gr.
-Green pills believed to be drugs: in total 54 pills weighing 28gr.
-Pink pills believed to be drugs: in total 295gr.
-Green powder believed to be drugs: 1 box weighing 99gr.
-Pink powder believed to be drugs: 1 box weighing 52gr.
-Pink powder believed to be drugs: 1 box weighing 376gr.
-Microcystalline Cellulose powder: weighing 177gr.
-Some Magnessieu Magneseum
In a second raid, which took place in Group 22, Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville, 2 suspects have been arrested:
1. Grafma Mikhail, male, born on June 5 1964, American.
2. Mukhametianova Elmira, female, born of February 15 1986, Russian.
Seized:
-Scales: 1pair.
-A drug/medicine called Trauma: 26 cylindrical containers.
-A white powder believed to be drugs: 3 big bags and 3 small bags.
-4 syringes
-Some medicines
-2 phones
-1 computer
-1 driving license
-20 disks (CD/DVD?)
-some documents
Both raided places are belonging to Grafman Mikhail.
The outcome of tests performed by experts of the Anti-Drug Department revealed that it concerns MDMA.
All suspects have been temporarily detained at the provincial police commissariat.
