The suspect, a 32YO boss of a souvenir shop, was arrested by the provincial Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection police in the afternoon of November 8 2016 at the Sunrise souvenir shop which is located in Kruos village, sangkat Svay Dangkum after the victim's mother filed a complaint.
The 13YO victim is living in Trapeang Seh village, sangkat Kok Chak, Siem Reap city and is a former employee (maid) of the suspect.
The suspect confessed that he had sex with the victim on October 30 2016 inside the souvenir shop.
He was arrested and sent to the Court in the evening of November 8 2016.
