On November 6 2016 at noon the police received the information that a foreigner had passed away.
The victim was identified as Shankle Richard Charles, male, born on 14/02/1967, American national.
He checked in in a rental house belonging to a 49YO Khmer man, identified as Lak Narin, located at Tuol Ksach road, Group 27, Village 2, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville on October 6 2016.
Doctors and the Technical-Scietnific Police said that the victim died of a heart failure.
The victim's corpse has been deposited at the Provincial Referral Hospital prior handing it over the the family and embassy.
