Edit: I was told that it's called 'ឡុកឡាក់/loklak' which means as much as 'dice'.

This is កន្ទុយលេខ/Kantoey Leekh.

កន្ទុយ means 'tail' and លេខ means 'number'
I think they call it like that because of the long strips with numbers (but I could be wrong).
