On September 30 2016 at 9.20AM police experts received the information that a foreigner died at the Provincial Referral Hospital which is located in Group 6, Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
The victim has been identified as ALF Seehaus, male, German national, born on November 2 1935 (81YO).
According to preliminary reports the victim entered the hospital on September 24 2016 at 12.20 (AM or PM) because he lost consciousness (ដោយសារអាការះសន្លប់បាត់ស្មារតី) until the morning of September 30 2016 when he died.
According to the examination (performed by) a skilled doctor the victim died of a broken blood vessel in the brain. (bleeding in the brain)
The victim's corpse has been laid out at the Provincial Referral Hospital awaiting a decision from the embassy.
Sihanoukville: 80YO German ALF Seehaus died in the Provincial Referral Hospital.
