The Chinese man was driving his Rav4 in a drunken state, failed to stop at a red traffic light and collided with a Toyota Camry.
Both cars finally crashed into the pole of the traffic light.
The accident happend on September 28 2016 at 10.50PM in sangkat Boeung Kok 2, khan Touk Kok, Phnom Penh.
Nobody was injured.
1000USD was paid to settle the issue.
