On August 25 2016 at 4.30PM at a plantation North of Prek Changkran Kraom village, Prek Changkran commune, Sithor Kandal district, Prey Veng province a 40YO man living in the village/commune of the incident raped a 77YO woman living in Ba Prei village, Prek Changkran commune while the victim was cutting grass at her mango farm in Prek Changkran Kraom village.
After raping the victim the suspect fled to (a place) South of the village.
After receiving the news the police immediately went to the crime scene to conduct an investigation. The suspect was arrested in a plantation South of Ba Prei village and sent to the police commissariat.
