What I don't understand is following:
On July 26 2016 the victim left Australia. On August 2 the victim was still in Thailand.
When found in Kampot she was in the possession of a 3-month (single entry) TF visa (TFxxxxxxxx; valid from August 14 till November 14 2016) issued by the Consulate General (Sa Kaew).
I thought that 3 (three) months single entry visa could only be issued after first applying for an EI visa (with a validity of 1 month). I never heard of a TF-visa with a validity of 3 months.
Furthermore I thought that when you apply for an extension of 3 months the Immigration Dpt. always mentions the number of the previous EI visa on your new EI extension.
The victim's visa only states "Employment not permitted" which is normally only mentioned on a TI visa. (or the one month TI extension of a TI visa)
Last but not least: Consulate General (Sa Kaew)? I never heard about that place...
Aren't extensions ALWAYS issued in Phnom Penh? And even if you enter the country via the International Border in Poipet, Immigration will mention Poipet on your visa, not Consulate General (Sa Kaew).
Scam? Just asking.
