A suspect was arrested after the father of the victim filed a complaint. He spotted the suspect while raping his daughter in a (his?) house on July 20 at 9PM in Somraong Tong district.
The suspect is 50YO, whereas the victim is 18YO.
The father, who filed the complaint, is 40YO.
