Arrested by the Provincial Police of Kampong Chnang 2 years after he fled to Kampong Thom Province. He raped his 13 years old niece (in-law) in January 2013.
According to the police the suspect is 46 years old and moved to Kampong Thom after the incident.
When he raped the young girl, both victim and suspect were living together.
After he divorced from his wife, she filed a complaint against him but he fled and found a new wife in Kampong Thom Province.
An arrest warrant was issued in 2014.
Recently the family of the victim found out about his whereabouts.
The suspect was arrested in the afternoon of January 19 2016.
