Stepfather handcuffed after raping his stepdaughter.

The rape of the 10YO stepdaughter happend on May 25 2016 at 1.30PM at the house of the suspect on the premises of Tbong Pich (Diamand) brick kiln located in Mouk Kompoul district, Kandal province.
The suspect was arrested in the afternoon of June 6 2016.

The victim is 10YO and from in Kampong Cham province but currently she's living on the premises of the brick kiln. She's mentally disabled (មាន​សតិ មិន​ប្រក្រតី/not normal memory).

The suspect is 35YO and also from Kampong Cham province but living on the premises of the brick kiln.

The police received a complaint from the victim's mother on June 6 2016 at 3.15PM.
At 4.30PM the mother's victim handed over the suspect to the police.

He confessed that in 2015 he touched the genitals of the victims 3 times when his wife was at work.

On May 25 2016 at 1PM, while it was raining, was only wearing shorts and playing in the rain in front of the brick kiln. At 1.30PM the suspect called her to go upstairs the (their/his) house.

He removed her shorts and touched her genitals. After approximately 2 minutes he put her on a table and penetrated the victim with his finger(s) until the victim was bleeding.

When the victim started crying the suspect stopped. Afterwards he penetrated the victim with his penis. After approximately one minute he stopped because the victim cried loudly.

Afterwards the victim didn't tell the story to her mother.
