A 25YO woman was immediately arrested by the police after she took a knife and attacked her 58YO father in a domestic dispute. The father was seriously injured.
The incident happend on May 23 2016 at 7.30AM in Angkor Chey district (អង្គរជ័យ), Kampot province.
Both are living together at the place where the incident happend.
The daughter is mute and mentally retarded; the police was not able to question her.
