Some residents living in Phum Koh Tootch (កោះតូច), Sangkat Koh Rong (កោះរុ៉ង) expressed their unhappiness regarding the fact that the District Administration issued permits to all restaurants which allow them to play music for their customers till midnight.
This disturbs the sleep and rest of their neighbors. Although they're playing the music not loud, it's still a problem.
The citizens requested the governor of Krong Sihanoukville to review this case and asked him to stop the music before midnight.
Koh Rong; an oasis of silence.
