Kampong Cham: Woman arrested after intentionally killing another woman.

There was a case of violence leading to a dead in Doong Tong district (ដងទង់).
The suspect, who was arrested, is Out Sreyneang (អុ៑ត​ ស្រី​នាង), 39YO, living in Chamkar Leu district (​ចំការលើ​), Kampong Cham.
The victim, who died in the street on her way to the hospital, is Eav Pom (អា៑វ​ ប៉ុ​ម), 35YO, living in Barray district (បារាយណ៍), Kampong Thom.

The suspect stabbed the victim with a knife in her left calf during an argument.

Both women are maids/servants in a karaoke. The quarrel started because one person accused the other of buying very small fish to prepare food. (ដោយសារ​មាន​អ្នក​បន្ទោស​ថា​ទិញ​ត្រី​តូច​ៗ​មក​ធ្វើ​ម្ហូប)
The incident happend around 9.10AM in Kampot. (the other article says Kampong Cham)
According to this article the suspect is 36YO and coming from Kampong Cham, the victim was 35YO and coming from Kampong Thom.

Before the incident, at 8AM, both women went to the market to buy food. After they arrived back home (another) woman at home told the suspect that the victim told her that she bought very small fish. The suspect became very angry and asked the victim why she didn't tell this at the market already. A quarrel started and the suspect took a knife and stabbed the victim in her left calf.

After the incident the victim was transported to the hospital by motorbike but halfway she fainted, fell from the bike and died. The motodop continued his/her way to the hospital but the doctors could only confirm that the victim already died.

The suspect was arrested at 9.10AM.
