Kratie: High School teacher rapes 17YO student 3 times.

He was arrested by the Sombor District Police on March 22 2016 after a complaint made by the parents of the female victim accusing him that he raped the victim 3 times in a room of a hotel in Kratie province.

The suspect is 26YO and working as a teache rin the Sandan High School (សណ្តាន់) located in Sandan commune, Sombor district.

According to the police:
On March 21 the students went to a party/event together with the teachers. (male and female). After that party the suspect gave the victim a lift with his motorbike. He kept driving around and the victim disappeared (from home) for one full night. This alarmed the family of te victim.
After driving with her on his motorbike till the night she didn't return him. He passed a hotel and they slept together for one full night during which he raped her 3 times.

On March 22, after one night, he brought her back home. The victim told her parents that the suspect lured and raped her. The parents filed a complaint and the police arrested the suspect.
