Foreigner found dead on the second floor of a rental house in sangkat 3.

On March 5 2016 at 5.30PM the police received the information that there was a dead foreigner on the second floor of a rental house located in village 1, sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.
The body was identified as Alesyeyenko Valeriy, male, born on 06/05/1971​, Ukrainian national, holder of passport XXXXXXXXXX valid until 27/12/2022​, visa EI 00325408 valid until 09/03/2016. The body was kept at the scene awaiting an examination by the police.

Case of a dead foreigner in Sihanoukville

On March 5 2016 at 5.30PM in rental room 26, second floor, located in Group 11, village 1, sangkat 3, Sihanoukville city, Sihanoukville province.

The victim was identified as Alesyeyenko Valeriy, male, Ukrainian, business man, born on May 6 1971, holder of passport number XXXXXXXX valid till 27/12/2022, visa number EI 00325408 valid till 09/03/2016. Entered Cambodia first on April 1 2013 through Koh Kong border checkpoint.

According to IANUSHKEVICH IVAN, male, Russian, born on 28/11/1956, who's the owner of the room:
The victim, who is his friend, came for a talk in the evening/night of March 4 2016. At midnight the victim asked for a room to sleep for one night.
Until the afternoon of March 5 2016 the victim didn't leave the room. He (IANUSHKEVICH IVAN) knocked on the door but the victim didn't reply. He opened the door of the room and realized that his friend already died.
Immediately he went to inform the management of the building (អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងបន្ទប់) in order to inform the police.
It was concluded by the police and a doctor that the victim died of an heart attack.
The body was temporary kept at the morgue of the Provincial Referral Hospital awaiting a decision of the family and embassy.
