The victim, identified as D.V.L. and born on July 11 1992 (24YO), tested positive for opiates.
In the morning of July 10 2017 hotel staff was informed by a Thai man, sharing the room with the victim since the morning of July 9 2017, after he couldn't wake up the victim.
More details will follow at a later stage.
