The latest reports are only mentioning one motorbike (instead of two).
The 17-year-old driver died as well as his 17 and 18-year-old passengers.
All victims were living in the same village.

The driver of the ambulance will be sent to the Court.
The ambulance was on its way from Kratie province to Phnon Penh with one patient onboard. After the crash the patient's wife called a taxi to continue the trip to Phnom Penh.
The driver of the taxi fled the scene.
At the time of the accident the right lane (in the direction of Phnom Penh) was closed for road repair works.
Possibly the driver of the motorcycle forgot about the oncoming traffic.
It's not clear yet who was at fault (according to the police). (មិនអាចនិយាយថាខាងណាខុសខាងណាត្រូវបានទេ)
