A mob attacked a motorbike thief; half death, half alive.
Kampong Speu
At 4PM on February 19 2016 there was a motorbike theft at Svay Chroum village (ស្វាយជ្រុំ), Komar Reachea commune (កុមាររាជា), Bati district, Takeo province. When the thief was stealing the motorbike he was spotted by the owner who shouted and chased the thief till Prey Nouk village (ព្រែនុក), Snom Kropeu commune (ស្នំក្រពើ), Kong Pisey district (គងពិសី), Kampong Speu province. Residents attacked the thief immediately until he almost died.
The suspect isn't identified yet. Police is investigating.
According to 2 other news sources the thief was killed by the mob.
It's the second case in Kampong Speu; IIRC earlier this year also a stealing journalist was killed by an angry mob.

The suspect died; second case of a mob killing in this province (and in the country) this year after a a couple of weeks ago a man, holder of a press card, was killed under similar circumstances.
