The incident happened on February 25 2017 at 2.30AM at Koh Rong Sanloem.

The report also mentions drug trafficking.

Kengo Yasu Kawa, a 35-year-old Japanese: caught with 2 bags of marijuana weighing (in total) 14,39gr.
Pierre Jean Firmin, a 27-year-old French man: caught with 3 bags of marijuana weighing (in total) 17,69gr.
Lauri Berther, a 22-year-old French man.

The 3 weren't carrying a passport at the moment of their arrest.

They will be sent to the Court.

Note: Must be Lauri Berthet, Pierre-Jean Firmin and Kengo Yasukawa.
