Attacked and killed by (a) unidentified person(s). Spotted in the morning of February 19 2016 in front of Sala Mom (សាលាមុំ) located in Khan Sen Sok.
Police is still investigating.

The victim is still unidentified. He's Khmer, around 35YO and 1m60.
The corpse has injuries and blood strains in the face and on the hands. The victim was beaten with a solid wooden or steel pipe. The victim was only wearing underpants/shorts.
According to the local police:
Before residents found the victim they usually saw the victim walking and looking for food which they dump at the garbage pile. He had no fixed place to sleep but usually the residents saw him sleeping at the place where he was attacked/killed which is a quite place behind the village. He was hanging around the place for already 2 months. The victim was homeless and had a poor memory.
It was confirmed that the attacker(s) hit the victim with a bottle on his head which caused a broken (?) skull. The victim died at the scene of the incident. This was a murder without knowing the motive because there no witnesses came up with information.
