On February 11 2017 around 3PM a traffic accident happened (on NR4) between KM161 and 162 in Taa Nei village, Cheung Koo commune, Prey Nob district.
2 vehicles collided; a container truck (Preah Sihanouk 3A 3696) and a Toyota Vigo with Thai license plates (3228) travelling in the direction of Sihanoukville and driven by a 76-year-old German man identified as 'Lionel Wikmenprik' (literally translated from Khmer).
A German man identified as 'Hubert' suffered serious injuries. He has been taken to a private hospital in Veal Renh.
The driver of the truck fled the scene.
