A young Chinese boy and his parents, staying at Miracle Hotel, took at swim. The young boy drowned and died on his way to the Royal Angkor International Hospital.
The incident happened on February 3 2017 at 8.35PM at Kasikam village, Sro nge commune, Siem Reap city.
According to the victim's parents:
First they took a swim together; afterwards they (the parents) took a seat in the neighbourhood (of the swimming pool) and had a talk (with each other).
Moments later they lost/missed their son; they searched for him and found him floating in the deep water.
They pulled him from the water and took him immediately to the Royal Angkor International Hospital. On arrival the doctors told them that the victim already passed away.
According to the Immigration Police in the morning of February 4 2017:
The victim has been identified as 6-year-old Chinese tourist Hun Chen Guy; he was staying at Miracle Hotel (together with his parents).
Presently the victim's body has been kept at the Royal Angkor International Hospital.
