I received the confirmation email with my application number and i received the mail payment on your e-Visa application successfully.i went to check the status on the website and it does not have my application number or email. Have you lost all the data? Do I have to reapply for another visa? Will I get a refund?

Urgent!! Cambodia E-Visa

The payment record from my credit card shows that I've already successfully paid the visa fee on 10th May. But I haven't received any email and my Evisa status shows Pending. Is there any payment problem? Can you please confirm it? I've send thousands emails but still not hearing from you.

200+ Attempts to call about my visa.....

I applied and paid for my evisa on 28/04/2017. I received the confirmation email with my application number. I went to check the status on the website and it does not have my application number or email. I have over the last 2 days called over 200+ times and not got through or just rang out, neither have I had any response to my emails. Rather than leave visa applicants wondering what is going on, how about updating your website with what is happening with your systems and that you have had a huge technical error when you switched over to the new website and what applicants can do to find out about their visa applications. Have you lost all the data? Do I have to reapply for another visa? Will I get a refund?

Terminate the contract with CINET TECHNOLOGIES due to under-reporting of e-visas granted, defrauding of substantial revenues and other breach of trust committed by the company.
