I am fat and I want to lose weight

Can anyone give me any ideas how to lose weight? I have always been a greedy bastard, why I can remember as a five year old stealing my younger brother's Sean biscuits everytime my Mom left the room.
I also hide food in my bed so at night I can gorge myself without having to walk to the fridge.
Now I have a big problem ,that I am so fat prostitutes are refusing to sleep with me .
This problem is compounded by the fact that working in KSA I only have access to homosexual sex and goats ,and never get to see women. I masterbait at least four times a day and then feel guilty and console myself by eating lard and chocolate .
What should I do?
Sometimes I feel better when I ban members on my forum that I copied from a mate I backstabbed before he died.
Please help this fat slob?
