Unconscious foreigner found along the street

At 5.40AM on January 11 2016 a foreigner was found unconscious along Street 154 at the corner with Norodom Blvd in front of a shop selling glasses.
According to witnesses the foreigner is around 35 years old, it's not clear where he comes from. He was already found a first time in the night of January 9 2016 but when the police went there he left. The second time, early morning on January 11 2016, he was spotted one more time unconscious/drugged. Although the authorities tried to wake him up, the didn't manage.
The police called an ambulance and the foreigner was sent to Calmette Hospital for treatment.
