The police examined the body of an Australian national who died of an heart attack.

In the morning of March 6 2016 the police examined the body of an Australian national who died of an heart attack.
The police said that (the victim) is more than 60YO and died of an heart attack.
Also the technical police, a doctor and the prosecutor went to the provincial hospital to examine the body.

After the examinations the Technical Police confirmed that the victim really died of an heart attack.
Currently the doctors are injecting the body with embalming chemicals and the consulate was informed to receive and repatriate the body.

The story changed: it was an Italian man who died (instead of an Australian man).

The victim died in the evening of March 5 2016 after crossing the international border (Trapang Kriel, Stung Treng Province) coming from Laos.

The victim was identified as Frigo Giovanni (​ហ្វ្រី​ហ្គូ​ជី​អូ​វ៉ាន​នី​​), male, 65YO, Italian national.

Before the incident the victim travelled from Laos to Cambodia through the international border checkpoint of Trapang Kriel. When he arrived in Stung Treng province he didn't feel well and was taken to the provincial hospital together with 2 other foreigners. His condition was too critical and doctors couldn't save his life.

A very detailled description of the autopsy wasn't translated.
It was concluded that the victim died of an heart attack.

Also a Chinese national, Han Tan Yeu (ហាន់ តាន់យើ), 51YO, working for the Sesan 2 hydropower dam, died of hypertension in the same province on March 6 2016.
