Prey Veng: Body of 16-year-old girl found; murdered and dumped.

The victim's body was found by villagers on August 1 2017 at 8.30AM on a hill 200m North of Kampong Popil village/commune, Peareang district.
Among some other wounds the body showed 3 stab wounds in the abdomen.
On August 2 2017 police identified the victim as 16-year-old Heng Kim Huoy from Ksach Kandal district's Vihear Suor commune which is in Kandal province.
The first conclusions are that the victim was killed somewhere else and afterwards dumped at aforementioned location.
Police believe robbery, murder but they are still investigating the case.
Police didn't identify the killer(s) yet.
