Sihanoukville: Chinese man arrested after DUI crash leading to serious injuries.

On July 31 2017 at 9.45PM a Chinese man, identified as 24-year-old CHAU LUNG, reportedly crashed his Toyota Highlander (Phnom Penh 2AM-0689), driving in the direction of Phnom Penh, into a black Honda Dream C125 motorbike (no license plate) driven by a 25-year-old and 18-year-old factory worker. Car and motorbike were driving in the opposite direction at the time of the accident.
The accident happened on NR4 between KM215 and 216 at a place called O'Treav which is in Village 1, Sangkat 1, Sihanoukville.
The rider of the motorbike and his passenger suffered serious injuries and were sent to the 888 Friendship Clinic.
The driver of the car was taken to the office of the Traffic Police to be questioned.
