Phnom Penh: Chinese man dies at Diamond One construction site on Koh Pich.

The victim died in a laborer's residence (building) at the at Diamond One construction site on Koh Pich (Group 78, Village 14, Tonle Bassac commune, Chamkar Mon district, Phnom Penh) on August 1 2017 at 1.15AM.
The Technical-Scientific department of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police identified the victim as T.J., a 46-year-old Chinese electrician who was living at aforementioned laborer's residence.
According to sources at the incident scene:
In the evening of July 31 2017, after finishing work, the victim and his Chinese colleagues had dinner together. (each of them had one alcoholic drink)
After dinner they went for a sleep.
At 00.10AM the victim was snoring loudly so his colleagues decided to take a look and noticed that the victim wasn't feeling well.
They sent him to Calmette Hospital on board of a company car where doctors pronounced the victim dead on arrival.
His body is being held at the morgue of Wat Steung Meachey pagoda.
The cause of death isn't yet known.
