Prey Veng: Woman found drowned in a rice paddy; murder.

On July 22 2017 around 7.30AM a murder happened. The victim was found in a rice paddy 35m north of her house in Volli Yeaw village, Rong Domrey commune, Ba Phnom district, Prey Veng province.

Police identified the victim as Ngit Phalli, a 47-year-old woman born in Traok village, Rong Domrey commune, Ba Phnom district, Prey Veng province but living in the village where the accident happened.

The victim was drowned by (one or more suspects) in a rice paddy.

Police is looking for Chuab Sopheap, a 40-year-old woman from the same village. Currently the suspect (still) is on the run.
